Our facility is about 30,000 square feet and currently produces well over a million pounds per month. We operate under continuous USDA and HACCP inspection. In addition to this we have a quality control program that checks net weight, temperatures, fat/lean content, moisture, etc. Our USDA certified laboratory is located directly across the street from our manufacturing facility. |
Research and Development
Our R&D department is headed by a certified executive chef with over 30 years experience in recipe and menu development. He is at your disposal for converting your existing recipes to commercial size batches or to help you design a completely new recipe. Give us an opportunity to help you grow your business.
