Our
facility is about 30,000 square feet. We operate under
continuous USDA and HACCP inspection. In
addition to this we have a quality control
program that monitors net weight,
temperatures, fat/lean content, moisture,
etc. Our USDA certified testing laboratory is
located directly across the street from our
manufacturing facility.
