Our marination is done in 500 pound vacuum tumblers. We have found the marination process is more effective with regards to absorption and retention than in larger tumblers.
We marinate a wide variety of beef and chicken items for many different customers.Marination makes the product moist and flavorful as well as passing on more of the final cooked product to the consumer.
