Marinated Products
|
Our marination is done in 500-2500
pound vacuum tumblers. We have found the marination process is more effective with
regards to absorption and retention than in
larger tumblers.
We marinate a wide variety of
beef and chicken items for many different
customers. Marination makes the product
moist and flavorful as well as passing on
more of the final cooked product to the
consumer.

is done in cookers that record
cook times and temperatures, assuring
consistency in every product batch. Above
and beyond getting a product with uniformity
in flavor, color, and aroma, you are also
assured that it is documented to be fully
cooked and wholesome. We custom cook a wide
variety of items for many chain restaurants.
