Food Safety is everyone business at Deen Meat & Cooked Foods. We are USDA inspected and have an approved HACCP plan along with a Foods Defense Plan and 49 company policies which address food safety. We use an outside USDA approved lab to do all of our testing which includes both product and equipment. We test our water annually, our product is tested on a test and hold program. All of our products go through metal detection and are checked weighted. All of our products meet or exceed USDA standards. Our products are tested on the production line using the customer’s specifications along with the temperature and chilling HACCP guidelines. We have a third party inspection preformed annually by an outside company.
